Student Project — Mobile App
Mink
// 001 — Context
Student project. Shipped like a real one.
Mink is a student project — a mobile app designed to catalog animal welfare associations across France, simplify the adoption process, and give smaller organizations more online visibility.
The app concept included a map of registered associations, animal listings with adoption reservations, a lost-and-found alert system, instant messaging between users and associations, and a premium tier offering behavioral coaching, health records, and expert partnerships.
// 002 — What I did
Marketing, comms, and brand — from scratch.
Marketing strategy
Ran the market research, wrote the business plan, defined objectives and KPIs, built the landing page. Everything a real launch needs — in a classroom.
Content & communications
Full competitive analysis, editorial guidelines, content calendar, Instagram and Facebook content. Built two dedicated websites — one for individual users, one for associations. Both live before the deadline.
Visual identity
Co-designed the brand identity: logo, visual guidelines, user journey mapping. Consistent from the app screens to the social posts.
// 003 — Results
A full-stack student project.
4 people
Cross-functional team — 3 in marketing & comms, 1 developer
2 websites
Separate dedicated sites for individual users and associations
5 features
From adoption listings and lost-and-found alerts to a premium coaching tier
// Why it matters
Student project, but we treated it like a real launch. Market research, brand, comms, two websites, full business plan. That's the only way to actually learn.
