Community & Social Media
Nantes Esport
// 001 — Context
Building a local competitive TFT community.
Nantes Esport (NES) is an association dedicated to video games and interactive digital arts in Nantes, focused on promoting events and growing local gaming communities.
The association had an active competitive division, with Teamfight Tactics as its flagship game. The TFT section needed a stronger presence — on social media, on Discord, and at local events.
// 002 — What I did
Rebuilt the presence. Top to bottom.
Social media management
Ran the @NES_TFT Twitter account (now ACE) day-to-day: content, engagement, tournament announcements. The TFT section had things to say. I made sure people heard it.
Tournament organization
Co-organized TFT tournaments, including a full LAN at Nantarena with club Rezo. Player coordination, logistics, on-site operations — everything worked on the day.
Discord redesign & moderation
Rebuilt the entire Discord server from scratch — structure, channels, visual identity. Then stayed to moderate it, animate it, and make sure people actually wanted to be there.
// 003 — Results
Community built from the ground up.
1 LAN
Organized at Nantarena in partnership with club Rezo
Full rebuild
Discord server redesigned from scratch — structure, roles, and visuals
2 platforms
Twitter and Discord managed in parallel for the TFT section
// What I took from this
No budget. No agency. Just showing up every day. That's where real community discipline comes from.
